CHINA DOMAINS AUCTION FINALLY STARTED. Subscriptions includes domains with domain names related with China, like for for example ChinaCelebrities.net or GenuineChina.com.

Unfortunately the participation is very weak and it seems china domainers and domain investors not corresponded to our invitation. The big corporations (like the domain trusts) are more attractive to them than us. As we already write here they control a large field of the market and small businesses like us lost the parade with a very small (an old Renault) against their Mercedes and limos.

However we still hope that in the days coming next, maybe we get some subscriptions more, at least miore than a page.

The terms of this auction are very simple and deeply but simplified explained in several places in every auction page (total=4). The transactions details (like payment methodology if PayPal or another way, negotiations between offer and counter offer, transfer details and others all this must be discussed between buyer/seller, not with us). As soon as we receive a bid for a particular domain or domains i will send the amount of the bid for the seller email and he/she will repond direcdtly yo the buyer. No more intermediation. The buyer must confirm with the seller for every details of the domain like appraisals, expiration date and registrar where they are registered. Buyers must no agree with domains expiring very soon except if they have an email or fax where the seller guarantee that he/she makes a renewall of the domain before the purchase and the transfer.

This China domains auction is so important in several plans: allow chinese domainers to place their domains for sale and at the same time call the attention of the world for a country and particularly an area of business much ignored even by domainers of western countries.

Well, China domains are not only about finance. We auction domains that are related with celebrities like China Celebrities that includes every celebrities on movies, music and entertainment in general. The role of China is undoubtable and China Domains market is enoughly evident for all. China is at the top of the emerging countries and economies. China is present in every countries and export and sell their goods to everywhere. There is already countries whose debts were bought by China (such as Portugal that recently sold a large part of the energy enterprise called EDP, to chinese investors). Talented designers and web developers and their web sites compete with the best ones from the western world. As India domainers, chinese must do much more for the promotion of their domains and their business with domains. The number members of chinese domainers groups on LinkedIn or Facebook are very small and there are groups with just 1 member. Of course, we can´t forget the question of language (the translation from china to english, at least. we need to understand them much more. Mostly of their web sites only are written in chinese language (mostly mandarin). Like happened with India domains we always felt the need to make a special page named China Domains and also decided to go forward and open a new auction about a country and an extension not always recognized by domainers. It is not by hazard that most registrars place .cn as one of the last choices after extensions very recent like .co or .travel.
