Then you seek on the "whois" web site (domain tools is one of them) and see who is the owner of saramodel.com. If you find it you will have in there the contact of the owner and second step is email him/her and starting a negotiation. Another way is to type "saramodel" on your browser and if you find www.saramodel.com look if this domain is available for sale and contact the owner through the site. Simple.
